12/1: The Talbot lab resubmits our big Mylpf story. We are so proud of this work, which encapsulates about half of what the lab has been up to since its founding. You can read our pre-print here. It would be an understatement to say that this is a "leveled-up" version of what we submitted last year; it's really a whole new work. Give it a read!
11/21: UMaine News shares a story about Jared's Histology class using an auto-stainer custom built by Emma Perry

11/12: Jared's father in law passes away. Best wishes to the family.
11/9: Jared visits lab alum Camellia Eggermann who very kindly donated a microtome for our histology course. It was a treat to share a tea ceremony with Camellia, and the microtome will improve the course immensely, since our current units are around 50 years old. Pictured: Mason standing next to the machine after helping to bring it inside.

10/22: Jared presents to Connor McCann's robotics group at Worcester Polytechnic Institute
10/21: Jared presents a seminar to the biology department at Boston College. Thank you so much for the invitation, Sarah McMenamin. In-person seminars are much more fun than zoom seminars.

9/4-5: Jared, Teresa, Troy travel to Dartmouth College for the Connecticut Valley Zebrafish meeting. Jared presents a talk, and sticks around for a collaboration. Teresa and Troy both share excellent posters. As an added treat, we got to share dinner with lab alum Emily Tomak!
